Pudding with chia seeds

half a bowl of blueberries or any wildberry
1 tablespoon of rice malt or 1 banana (for those with no bowel problems)
A pinch of integral sea salt
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
2 glasses of almond milk or any other milk of vegetable origin

Wash the fruit
Boil for 5 minutes in a pan the milk of vegetable origin, the chia seeds, the integral sea salt. Blend with a banana or rice malt, serve in a glass with the wildberry garnish. Put the preparation in the fridge and taste whenever you feel like there is a desire for sweet.
