To help achieve this, we always strongly recommend to accompany our products with healthier food, regular physical exercise and relaxing moments.<br>Here you can find a Natural Mediterranean Menu for a whole day together with its recipes, developed by the Italian food therapist <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Silvia Bianco (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cucinaincambiamento.it\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Silvia Bianco<\/strong><\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#22b14c\"><strong>MENU DESCRIPTION (by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cucinaincambiamento.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Silvia Bianco (opens in a new tab)\">Silvia Bianco<\/a>)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color\"><em><strong>Breakfast:<\/strong><\/em><br>Gourmand smoothie of quinoa and strawberries (or other season fruit).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color\"><em><strong>Dessert\/Snack:<\/strong><\/em><br>Apple dessert, raisins, kuzu and cinnamon for the sweet eager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color\"><em><strong>Lunch\/Dinner:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>First course:<\/em> Effervescent quinoa to stimulate liver and calm down pancreas.<br><em>Side:<\/em> Pressed carrot salad, sunflower seeds and raisins to dissolve accumulations in liver and gallbladder. <br><em>Second course:<\/em> Relaxing  azuki, spinach, and leek stew.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#22b14c\"><strong>MENU RECIPES DETAIL<\/strong><br>(Recipes are for 4 people)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color\"><em><strong>Breakfast recipe:<\/strong><\/em><br>Gourmand smoothie of quinoa and strawberries (or other season fruit).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Ingredients:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 cup quinoa (14 ounces, if one dose use 3 ounces)<\/li><li>2 cups apple juice<\/li><li>1 pinch whole marine salt<\/li><li>1 fistful strawberries (or other season fruit)<\/li><li>1 teaspoonful cinnamon<\/li><li>Bio lemon peel<\/li><li>Malt rice to taste or maple syrup<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Procedure:<\/em><br>Wash quinoa and cover it with water in an amount of twice the volume of quinoa, add a pinch of whole marine salt, and cook up to water absorption at around 30 minutes. Keep it in a closed container in the fridge and use it for other desired preparations, sweet or salty.<br>Pull apart the desired part of quinoa (in the morning you need a full stomach), add the apple juice and a pinch of whole marine salt, and heat the resulting mix.<br>Add to that preparation the strawberries cut to pieces. Scrape the lemon peel over the preparation, then add the cinnamon.<br>Liquefy the preparation and, if possible, take it to work in a closed container or thermos.<br><em>Tip:<\/em> <br>Breakfast is essential, it is the main meal and also the cornerstone for the day. Also the most plentiful. You can also prepare the recipe and store it in a container for some days and quickly reheat it in the morning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color\"><em><strong>Dessert\/ Snack recipe:<\/strong><\/em><br>Apple dessert, raisins and cinnamon for the sweet eager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Ingredients:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2 teaspoonfuls Malt rice, as an option (if it turns too sweet reduce quantities) Maple syrup<\/li><li>3 spoonfuls of washed raisins<\/li><li>2 apples<\/li><li>1 pinch whole marine salt<\/li><li>2 spoonfuls apple juice<\/li><li>1 teaspoonful cinnamon<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Procedure:<\/em><br>Wash and soak the raisins. Wash the apples and cut them in pieces.<br>Put the following ingredients in a pan: apple juice, apples cut to pieces, cook for 10 minutes and then add the raisins and cinnamon. Cover it and cook for other 10 minutes.<br><em>Tip:<\/em> <br>Excellent for breakfast (having cereal already cooked the night before) or for sweet eager, or as relaxing after dinner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color\"><strong><em>Lunch\/ Dinner recipe:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color\"><em>First course: <\/em><br>Effervescent quinoa to stimulate liver and calm down pancreas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Ingredients:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 cup quinoa (14 ounces)<\/li><li>2 cups water<\/li><li>1 white onion<\/li><li>2 carrots<\/li><li>1 corsage of green leaves such as spinach <\/li><li>1 Plenty fistful pistachio<\/li><li>1 Plenty fistful buds<\/li><li>Olive oil<\/li><li>Whole marine salt<\/li><li>Parsley to decorate<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Procedure:<\/em><br>Roast pistachios on a nonstick skillet.<br>Wash quinoa, add twice its volume of water and a pinch of whole marine salt, cook covered for 25 minutes. Keep the preparation in a glass airtight container for other sweet or salty preparations. You can also use it for the smoothie. <br>Wash and cut the vegetables. In a pan put the cut vegetables, add oil, half a glass of water, a pinch of whole marine salt, cover and cook for 10 minutes, then add the quinoa and saute it with oil and salt.<br>Serve sprinkling with parsley pistachios and buds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color\"><em>Side:<\/em> <br>Pressed carrot salad, sunflower seeds and raisins to dissolve accumulations in liver and gallbladder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Ingredients:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>4 big carrots<\/li><li>1 spoonful apple vinager<\/li><li>Whole marine salt<\/li><li>1 fistful raisins<\/li><li>Lemon juice quantity as needed<\/li><li>1 spoonful apple juice<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Procedure:<\/em><br> Soak the raisins and drain them properly.<br> Wash and cut the vegetables in strips (or you can scrape them to do it faster), mix them in a big bowl with the apple vinegar, the lemon juice and the apple juice. Add the raisins. <br> Put them on a dish, cover with a cloth, and put some weight over it so it drains. Leave it draining for 30 minutes.<br><em>Tip:<\/em> <br>prepare a larger quantity for some other days when there is sweet eager, or to relax the pancreas and spleen. This recipe is useful to speed up metabolism and help slim down. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color\"><em>Second course:<\/em>  <br>Relaxing  azuki, spinach, and leek stew.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Ingredients:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 cup azuki (14 ounces, 3 ounces per person) or red beans (already cooked)<\/li><li>3 leeks<\/li><li>1 rosemary corsage<\/li><li>some sage leaves<\/li><li>2 cabbage leaves<\/li><li>2 zucchini <\/li><li>1 bit of kombu algae or a laurel leave<\/li><li>Whole marine salt<\/li><li>Olive oil<\/li><li>1 spoonful tamari (bio soy sauce)<\/li><li>1 garlic clove<\/li><li>some parsley to decorate<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Procedure:<\/em><br>Soak the azuki (or red beans) the night before, or buy them canned already cooked.<br>The following day cook the azuki (or read beans) covered in a pan with approximately 2 litres of water. Add a bit of kombu algae and cook for 1 hour and a half on low heat. Wash and cut the vegetables. In a pan put oil, rosemary, sage in bits, the leeks, the other vegetables, the salt, add half a glass of water, then leave it boiling covered for 10 minutes. After that, add the azuki and the soy sauce.
