I know this is for fat burning and appetite suppressant, which is does, however I struggle with finding motivation to do many things around my home since I was hit with depression two years back. I rounded it up to working grave shifts and my steady weight gain. It helped to curb my appetite as well as give me energy to just be active in the day on my days off or before work. It helped even my mood to be more optimistic. Can’t say if it’s just me or what honestly, but if I’m feeling sluggish on a day when the kids needed to get out of the house and go for a walk or something, I could actually keep with with them without being “too tired” to do anything. I haven’t lost much weight (but I haven’t gained either) but I have continued to purchase these for the energy boost if all else failed. The other plus is I didn’t get a headache from these like I had from two other brands with basically the same intentions. Everybody’s body is different and this is how this product affects mine. I like having energy again 🙂

I’ve noticed a big difference in my size within a couple weeks. I have been working out consistently and drinking a lot of water, which I feel like that has also helped speed up the process. I love this product. So worth it!

Recibí este producto muy rápido después de realizar el pedido. Son muy fáciles de tragar, inclino la cabeza hacia adelante para que también queden más suaves, en cuanto al sabor no se nota mucho al tragar porque se reduce muy rápido. Es un poco caro, pero obtienes lo que pagas y, en mi opinión, valió la pena.
