Ingredients: Each three capsules contain: Carboxymethylcelluose – 500 mg, Vitamin A – 5000 IU, Vitamin D – 400 IU, Chromium – 300 mcg, Calcium – 87 mg, Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) – 60mg, Phosphorus – 45 mg, Niacinamide – 20 mg, Riboflavin – 1.2 mg, Thiamine – 1 mg, in a proprietary blend of Forslean, Lipoic Acid, Nicotinamide Ribose, Coenzyme Q10, Pine Bark Extract, and trace minerals.
Protrim PLUS™ contains vitamins, minerals, and a bulking agent to create a feeling of fullness and to help curb the appetite. Chromium, an essential trace mineral, has been added to this combination to aid in the metabolism of sugar and carbohydrates.

The one thing I didn’t like was how big the pills were even though they didn’t stick in your throat as some products do. Over all, I loved the product
